We had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, it’s a peaceful retreat away from the busy town, and the beach offers a nice escape. On the other hand, the lack of maintenance in the swimming pool was a letdown, and our room definitely needs some repairs. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're looking for tranquility, but be prepared for some shortcomings.
Our stay at this resort was a mix of nice moments and letdowns. While the spacious room was a plus, the unkempt pool and beach disappointed the kids. It's a quiet getaway from town, but the facilities need significant upkeep. Considering the condition, I wouldn't say it offers great value for the money we spent.
Our stay was a bit disappointing, mainly because the swimming pool was closed, which really let down the kids. The room we had was spacious but in need of significant repairs. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this place has potential, but the upkeep needs serious attention.
I had high hopes for this resort, given its peaceful setting away from Mukah town, but it fell short in some areas. The kids were really looking forward to the swimming pool, only to find it closed for maintenance and full of algae. The room was spacious but clearly in need of repairs. There are positives, like the beach atmosphere, but the overall experience was quite disappointing.
Our stay was quite disappointing, primarily due to the cordoned-off swimming pool that hasn't been maintained in months. The room we got was spacious but in dire need of repair, with issues that made it hard to enjoy our time there. While the location offered a peaceful escape away from Mukah town, the beach area was not as pristine as we had hoped.
